Great family owned business. I dealt with the owners and their daughters throughout the process of getting the first floor and stairs in my home replaced. They are professional, kind, and treated me like a friend. Next day turnaround on materials and install!! As the work was being done, I met six other employees varying in experience but you can tell this business trains their people to be polite, clean, and organized. During my 2.5 day floor install, the crew was led by an expert who supervised the install of just under 1000 sqft of luxury vinyl plank and approximately 300 linear feet of baseboard. The job came out great and they even offered to fix some previous shotty tile work that was done by another company for next to nothing. My stairs were outfitted with some luxury carpeting a few days later and again the workmanship was superior and they worked efficiently finishing in just a couple hours. All in all this is a great company. They do good quality work for a reasonable price! I can’t wait to work with them for the rest of my home in the near future. 10/10 would recommend!
Dexter’s flooring and their staff are the best. The vinyl flooring and carpet were laid professionally, and the men arrived on time and completed the job as agreed with respect to my wishes. They were the best. High-quality materials and workmanship.
Quality work! We had builder grade tile and beige carpet throughout our 1700 sqft home that we hated since we bought our it 6 years ago. They ripped out everything, including this awful glue stuff under the tile, patched the concrete subfloor and installed beautiful LVP in 3.5 days. Jeannie the owner was easily available for any questions throughout the process and the install team was very professional and kind. They always cleaned up thoroughly at the end each day, all materials/tools were out the way and neatly stacked so we never had to worry about us or our dogs getting injured, and they made sure that beds and other things were easily accessible when we came home, despite the chaos otherwise. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their floors done!
I am so thankful to Dexter’s Floors for their flexibility, quality, and timeliness! I called them for help with carpeting. I just moved into a new home and the previous owners left the carpet soaked in dog pee. Dexter’s Floors came out 24 hours after I called them and treated the floor and changed the carpet, leaving it looking (and smelling) fabulous!
